Hi Robert -

From my experience, the "Watch Instantly" tab (formerly called "Watch Now") should appear in your top menu when you log into your account. I believe currently you need to at least have the $8.99 unlimited plan in order to have access to Watch Instantly. The basic service is browser based and currently on Windows requires at least XP SP2 and Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher or Firefox 2 or higher. Haven't used it on a Mac, but Netflix site says you need to have at least Safari 3 or higher; or Firefox 2 or higher. If you're using a third party device like Tivo, Roku, PS3 etc... then you need to activate those devices in your Netlix account area.

Here's a link to a post I did about my experience with the service when it first launched:

Good luck.

Where can I download Netflix Watch Now Movie Download Service? Anxious to get started. My first time. Any thing I should do? Thought my subscription would give me a tab to click on to do this. Waiting to hear from you. Thank you.
